8 Simple Rules

Over and over, over and over
I fall for you
Over and over, over and over
I try not to
Over and over, over and over
You make me fall for you
Over and over, over and over
You don't even try
-Over And Over, Three Days Grace

Day One: Ten things you want to say to ten different people right now.
Day Two: Nine things about yourself.
Day Three: Eight ways to win your heart.
Day Four: Seven things that cross your mind a lot.
Day Five: Six things you wish you’d never done.
Day Six: Five people who mean a lot (in no order whatsoever).
Day Seven: Four turn offs.
Day Eight: Three turn ons.
Day Nine: Two smileys that describe your life right now.
Day Ten: One confession.

This one seems like a bit of a bad idea. Seems like it would encourage creeps and all that, and I really don't think I need to give them more encouragement. Oh well, I did commit to this so...

1. Attention. I am pathetic, talk to me! It's not like I'm gonna start a conversation with you.

2. Protect me from spiders. They are after me, please kill them.

3. Talk to me, not at me. Otherwise I will assume you are near me by obligation, and eventually disappear.

4. Remember things about me. I like to repeat myself, but having proof that someone has listened makes me feel special. Once again, I am pathetic.

5. Don't block my joy. I am insane, deal with it. If I want to skip instead of walk then let me, even better, join me.

6. Persistence. Which is a stupid thing to say, because that's more often annoying than endearing. So uh, be persistent, but don't push it.

7. Don't make fun of my taste in stuff. I know I like a weird combination of music, I know I wear odd clothes sometimes, and I know I like stupid girly books. Leave me alone, at least I have my own opinions about something.

8. Save me from scary social situations. Let me hide behind you if I don't know anyone else at a party, or hang out with me until I'm drunk enough to socialise normally. One person is easier to deal with than a crowd.
Note: These things aren't a recipe for success, I still have to actually like someone for them to get anywhere. If I don't like you, please leave me alone.

Stay tuned for more Pathetic Tales From A Broken Doll.
